Action speaks: Together we can inspire optimism and accelerate climate action
Wednesday, 17 January, 2024, 07:30-08:45 CET
Earth Room
We are at a historical moment as COP28 has come to an end. Across the last couple of weeks we have seen the power of the collective and the deep engagement and dedication from businesses, Governments, youth and society to keep 1.5 alive. Now it’s time to take the next steps – to go from talk to action.
The solutions to change the course of climate change already exist, what we need to do is create awareness and understanding for what needs to be done, implement and scale solutions – with speed. It’s with this sense of urgency and commitment to action that the Action Speaks breakfast session brings together leaders, purpose-driven doers and influencers to explore how we can play a leading role in inspiring stakeholders to adapt, replicate and scale existing climate solutions and actions.
To spark real change, it’s action that speaks the loudest.
